In November 2025, Galileo Resources entered into a collaboration agreement with Jubilee Metals Group in relation to the Molefe Copper Mine.
Under the terms of the agreement, Galileo has the opportunity to earn up to a 23.75% interest in the mine by funding a resource development and exploration programme totalling US$700,000.
Upon completion of Galileo’s earn-in, Jubilee will retain a 71.25% interest, while the remaining 5% will be held by a local Zambian company.
Beyond developing the Molefe Mine it is anticipated that the collaboration agreement forms a unique opportunity capable of leveraging neighbouring small to medium sized mining opportunities elsewhere in the Zambian Copperbelt.
We believe that this collaboration agreement provides a unique skill set to discover small to medium-sized mining propositions to assist tomorrow's high demand for copper and we look forward to working with Jubilee and providing our expertise.

The Molefe Mine is an open-pit copper operation consisting of multiple near-surface pits that were initially developed as separate test pits. To date, only Pit 5 has been fully developed and is currently operating as a single open pit, with a mining rate of 80,000 tonnes per month (tpm).
Ore from the mine is currently processed at Jubilee Metals Sable processing facility in Zambia. Around 3,500 tonnes per month of high-grade run-of-mine (ROM) ore grading 2.0 – 2.5% Copper is delivered to Sable. Lower-grade ore, averaging approximately 0.7% Copper, is stock-piled on site. Advanced plans are underway to beneficiate this material through the construction of a future on-site processing facility.
The proposed processing facility will incorporate copper leaching, solid-liquid separation, and copper precipitation circuits, enabling the treatment of lower grade ROM material. To date approximately 2.2 million tonnes of lower-grade material has already been stockpiled.
Under the collaboration agreement, the Molefe Mine will to be placed on an accelerated development pathway. This includes the establishment of a highly skilled operational and technical team to immediately increase production capacity while also unlocking longer-term growth potential.
Preliminary drilling has indicated the presence copper sulphide mineralisation beneath the oxide mineralisation and exploration will continue to define the future potential of the Molefe project.
The Agreement combines Galileo’s exploration and geological expertise with Jubilee’s established in-country operational and processing expertise. It is the intent of the parties to seek out new opportunities, like this one which have immediate / short-term mine potential as well as short and mid-term significant exploration potential.
The signing of the Agreement with Jubilee is the launch of an initiative for the exploration, resource development and mining of copper projects in Zambia which will provide a combined capacity to take Zambian copper projects at any stage in their development through to cash flow generating assets.
